Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in searching for an
Human Resources Coordinator
in East Longmeadow, MA. This is a
temporary 6+ month position
supporting a busy HR department for a company who continues to grow. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to hit the ground running to provide immediate support across multiple HR functions. Pay Rate:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour Schedule:
Full-time, Onsite, 8am to 5pm (flexible start/end times) Duration:
Temporary assignment 6+ months (with potential extension) Key Responsibilities: Responsible for daily and weekly administrative requirements of the HR team. This includes management of the personnel filings, support of business scheduling needs, basic project support, etc. Support HR with onboarding new hires and processing all paperwork and setting up new hires in ADP for full-time employees and temporary employees. Serve as a point of contact and respond to and/or support the resolution of employee inquiries regarding a wide variety of HR issues including payroll, benefits, compensation, etc. Effectively interact with managers, employees, and vendors to coordinate scheduling of meetings and/or other activities Manages administration of programs and processes engaged by HR Demonstrates a solid understanding of manager and employee business needs, anticipates requests and works to deliver a positive resolution Requirements 1 year of HR support experience (HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or related role). Familiarity with ADP and payroll processing is a strong plus. College degree and/or related experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
