In this pivotal role, you will tackle complex challenges while building strong partnerships across various sectors, ensuring that military families feel supported and at home in their communities. As the Executive Leadership Director, you will oversee all aspects of the chapter's operations, including staff management, program execution, budgeting, and strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities will involve: Managing the local board and engaging with VIP stakeholders Leading fundraising efforts and crafting compelling stories about our mission Overseeing program management and community-building initiatives Building and maintaining a diverse, engaged local Advisory Board Coaching and leading a team of passionate volunteers The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or have 7+ years of relevant experience, including a solid track record in fundraising and 5-10 years of management experience. We are looking for someone with exceptional leadership qualities, adept at collaborating with diverse groups, and deeply passionate about our mission. Experience in community relations and an understanding of military family dynamics will be beneficial. The successful candidate should be entrepreneurial, action-oriented, and adaptable, with a knack for innovative business planning and engaging potential partners for community solutions. Excellent communication, marketing, and public relations skills are essential, as is the ability to uphold a high level of integrity and a positive, mission-driven attitude.
