Job Title: Customer Care Representative - Pharmacy Benefits Location : Monroeville, PA 15146 Pay : $19/hr, paid biweekly START : 10/17/2025 Assignment : 5 months with potential for conversion to permanent role for top performers (Looking to convert top contingents to FTE) Schedule : Training is M-F 8am-4:30pm, post training will transition to 8hr shifts M-F with hours that they agree upon with the business. After training shifts estimated Start times-8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:15 AM, 11:15 AM, 12:15 PM. Work Model : Onsite required for 6 weeks of training; potential for remote work after training depending on performance - no time off permitted during training

Customer Care Representatives (CCRs)

to support our Member Operations team within a leading Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) organization. In this role, you’ll assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans through inbound calls, answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on healthcare experience while helping members simplify their healthcare journey.

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound member calls regarding pharmacy benefits

Assist with insurance coverage, prescription orders, and related inquiries

Deliver solutions that enhance the customer experience

Provide compassionate, patient, and professional support

Adapt to a variety of clients and call types as business needs evolve

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience (call center, retail, hospitality, military, etc.)

6+ months of healthcare experience

Proficiency with Windows-based applications

High School Diploma or equivalent

:

Associate degree or equivalent experience

Strong customer service skills with professionalism and empathy

Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive way

Reliable, with strong oral and interpersonal communication skills
