Position Details:
Pay: $14.35 per hour plus production incentives
Schedule: Sundays starting at 3:30 PM & Mondays - Thursdays starting at 4:30 PM

Position Summary: As a Warehouse Order Picker, you will be responsible for selecting food and non-food items to fulfill customer orders from our multi-level warehouse storage systems. You will place items on pallets and prepare completed orders for shipment in a timely manner while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards. Position Responsibilities: Adhere to all safety policies and protocols, ensuring a safe work area while reporting any unsafe conditions immediately.
Review your work schedule, gather necessary supplies, and prepare for operations; perform safety checks on equipment.
Meet and exceed productivity and accuracy standards set by the company.
Use a pallet jack to locate and select items according to order sheets.
Manually place products on the pallet from designated pick slots and racks as necessary.
Transport completed palletized orders to the shipping dock staging area and shrink-wrap pallets if required.
Maintain equipment, including battery management for pallet jacks, and complete necessary paperwork at the end of your shift.
Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Must be available to work the assigned schedule with flexibility for overtime as needed. Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift. Capable of lifting and stacking products that weigh between 10-35 pounds regularly, and up to 60-90 pounds depending on the location. Willingness to work in multi-temperature environments including cooler, freezer, and dry storage. Must pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
