About the Role
We are searching for a dynamic Executive Director of Market Access Strategies to lead our efforts in optimizing global market access. This key leadership position will drive the development and execution of integrated market access strategies, with a particular focus on enhancing pricing, payer recommendations, and acceptance in the European market. You will be instrumental in shaping market access strategies, collaborating closely with Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), and making strategic decisions to harness early market access potential for our product portfolio.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing targeted payer strategies.
Anticipating and addressing potential payer objections proactively.
Aligning market access strategies with the lifecycle management of our products.
Fostering collaboration across various teams, including marketing, public affairs, and medical affairs.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
A Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical sector.
At least 5 years of direct experience in global market access with significant exposure to European markets.
Strong business and financial acumen with exceptional negotiation skills.
A proven ability to influence stakeholders at senior levels and identify business trends for sustainable strategy development.
Senior-level leadership experience, including in alliance or co-promotion arrangements.
This role requires strategic thinking, excellent decision-making capabilities, collaborative teamwork, and strong communication skills to lead your team in achieving and exceeding performance targets.
