What You'll Be Doing:

Every day, you’ll help our little learners build confidence, creativity, and connection. You’ll guide hands-on, play-based experiences that spark discovery and celebrate each child’s unique path.

  • Your role includes:
  • Leading a nurturing, joyful classroom experience for infants through Pre-K
  • Designing and delivering meaningful, sensory-rich activities
  • Building close partnerships with families and coworkers
  • Helping create a space where children feel safe, respected, and excited to learn
  • Supporting social-emotional development with patience, empathy, and humor
  • Collaborating with a team that values communication, creativity, and community

  • You have 2+ years of experience working with young children (6 weeks–5 years)

  • You communicate clearly, think on your feet, and bring a solution-focused mindset
  • You’re eager to learn, reflect, and grow, just like your students

Bonus points if you:

  • Have training or coursework in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
  • Are familiar with Reggio Emilia, Jewish education, or emergent curriculum
  • Are CPR/First Aid certified

A Few Quick Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break) AND Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
  • Lunch: Staff enjoy the same delicious, kid-friendly meals served to students
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Contract Options: 10-month or 12-month
  • Salary: $55K - Final salary is based on experience, certification, and contract length.
