We are seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide in-person services across four small schools in the East Bay area. This role focuses on supporting students' functional, motor, and sensory needs to enhance participation and success in the educational setting. Key Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living tasks
Provide direct therapy services to students on caseload
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services provided
Qualifications
Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current California OT license
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to travel between schools in the East Bay area
Compensation
Rate is negotiable please provide your hourly rate requirements.
