What You’ll Do Proactively develops and maintains trusting relationships with department leaders, providing learning and development consulting services. This role bridges the gap between routine training delivery and strategic leadership development, focusing on tailored learning and performance initiatives that drive capability and organizational growth.
Our Commitment To You
Compensation: $73,569.60 - $96,512.00 annually (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

What’s Needed For This Position
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Training and Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field
Two years of experience designing and developing training programs that support custom solutions and leadership development
Two years of experience consulting with internal stakeholders to identify and address training needs and coaching leaders at all levels
Must be bondable, have a valid driver’s license, and an insured vehicle
Knowledge, Skills And Competencies
Expertise in adult learning theory and delivery across multiple modalities (in-person, remote, hybrid, job aids, etc.)
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to align learning initiatives with business goals and drive systemic solutions
Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous learning and agility
Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills to support and coach team members and leaders
Proficiency in data analysis and innovation to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions

Experience creating or managing talent management processes
Leadership experience
Work Schedule
Full-Time, approximately 40 hours per week. Hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday with additional hours as needed.
Training
Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
