The opportunity The Senior ISV Business Development Manager is a business development role focused on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to expand Unitys industry ecosystem. You will architect and drive strategic partnerships with top ISVs in manufacturing, engineering, industrial automation, digital twins, and related verticals (e.g., Trimble, Qualcomm, Siemens, GE Digital, Rockwell), bringing them into the Unity Industry platform. We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader who creates and executes a vision for Unitys ISV ecosystem, inspiring executive decision makers both inside and outside the company. Youll work cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Partner Management, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Legal to establish high-impact partnerships. You will be directly responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and enabling new ISVs, setting partnerships up for mutual success from day one. The ideal candidate can translate Unitys platform value for enterprise, digital transformation, and vertical-market use cases. Identify, source, and recruit new ISV partners for Unity Industry across target verticals. Build the business case and commercial models for ISV collaboration, including joint go-to-market strategies and shared success metrics. Lead commercial negotiation and contracting, aligning on clear a gives and gets with each ISV partner. Work closely with Unity cross-functional teams to validate technical integrations and solution fit. Maintain deep awareness of ISV and industry trends, identifying new market opportunities that align with Unity Industrys strategic priorities. What were looking for
Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships and channel/ISV recruitment within enterprise software, SaaS, or industry platforms. Strong understanding of the B2B software ecosystem, including cloud, AR/VR, realtime 3D, digital twins, and industrial automation markets. Demonstrated ability to structure, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements. Background in enterprise solution sales, systems integration, or AR/VR technology landscape is a plus. Global perspective with experience engaging ISVs in your respective territory (AMER, EMEA, APAC) and working with an international team of ISV leaders. You might also have
Excellent executive presence and communication skills; proven ability to engage with C-suite and senior leadership. Highly motivated self-starter; comfortable driving high-impact initiatives with limited oversight. Additional information
