Experience with customer experience tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar platforms Skilled in configuring, maintaining, and improving customer experience systems Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve user issues Comfortable pulling reports, analyzing trends, and identifying discrepancies Knowledge of security best practices regarding user access and system security Preferred Qualifications
