Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Providing targeted therapy sessions to address specific speech and language goals Systematically monitoring and documenting student progress throughout therapy Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care Engaging and educating families to promote involvement and support in the therapy process Qualifications include: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment To be eligible, candidates must hold an active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology in Washington and possess or be eligible to obtain a Masters Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology. This role offers professional development through ongoing support and access to an experienced advisory team of local speech-language pathologists.
