A full school year contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at a K-12 school in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is structured for three days per week at a single location. It is ideal for candidates with experience or certification in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, and school settings.
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations for K-12 students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy services in person and via teletherapy as needed.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services and student outcomes.
Qualifications:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
Experience in healthcare, pediatric, and school-based speech therapy.
Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery.
Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
