A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for a contract position supporting an elementary school during the Extended School Year (ESY) program. This role offers approximately 15 hours per week, providing speech therapy services to three students. The position is primarily onsite in Asheville, NC, with consideration for virtual service delivery.

Responsibilities: Conduct individual and small group speech therapy sessions tailored to students goals. Assess, monitor, and document student progress regularly. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs. Prepare and maintain accurate records and treatment plans in compliance with program standards. Participate in ESY team meetings and planning as required. Qualifications: Current SLP certification and licensure appropriate for North Carolina. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably within school or ESY settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team. Flexibility to provide either onsite or virtual therapy services as needed. Location: Position is based onsite in Asheville, NC, with openness to virtual service delivery arrangements.
