Seeking an experienced
Pharm.D.-licensed pharmacist
to manage and oversee compounding of antibiotics, chemotherapy, and TPNs in a home infusion setting. This is a high-priority, time-sensitive assignmentstart as soon as possible and step into a supportive, fast-paced environment. What This Role Offers
Immediate start
in a clinical, precision-based setting
Daytime hours and weekdays onlyMF, 8:30 AM5:00 PM
Short-term commitment with a defined timeline (13 weeks)
Advanced infusion compounding exposure (chemo, TPN, antibiotics)
Key Responsibilities
Compound and verify sterile infusions:
TPNs , antibiotics, chemotherapy
Maintain workflow efficiency and accuracy in a home infusion setting
Uphold quality and safety protocols across all compounding procedures
Required Qualifications
Pharm.D. degree
Valid and active
Maryland pharmacist license
(must be in good standing)
Proven
home infusion pharmacy experience
(TPN, chemo, antibiotics)
Mandatory CPR+ system experience
candidates without this experience will be disqualified
