Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to students with varying needs throughout the district. Develop individualized treatment plans that align with student goals and educational requirements. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy into the school environment. Monitor and document student progress to inform ongoing care adjustments and compliance with regulations. Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding physical therapy techniques and accommodations. Qualifications: Current Physical Therapist license, valid for the state of Connecticut. Experience working with school-aged children in educational or pediatric settings is preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Ability to manage a caseload across multiple school sites with appropriate organizational skills and flexibility. Location: Network sites close to Bridgeport, CT, with regular travel throughout the district. This full-time position starts ASAP and continues through the end of the school year (EOSY).
