A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a K-12 school located in Benton, AR. This is a contracted position for the current school year (CSY) with a caseload that includes a mixed group of students (caseload size to be determined).

Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments for students across grades K-12. Provide direct therapy services addressing speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and student needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Document sessions, maintain records, and participate in meetings as required. Deliver services through onsite and teletherapy methods as appropriate. Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience in pediatric healthcare and school settings preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery. Eligibility to work under Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if applicable. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations. Location: Benton, Arkansas, working within a K-12 educational setting.
