Job Overview: As an LPN in Memphis, youll deliver top-quality home health care, focusing on medication administration, wound care, and patient/family education. This is ideal for an LPN eager to expand their experience in a rewarding, dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide home health services, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and wound care. Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and families on managing conditions and enhancing health outcomes. Document patient progress accurately and update care plans as needed. Requirements: Active TN LPN license (or compact license). Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an LPN in home health.
