A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide specialized support across multiple grade levels in a diverse K-12 school setting. This contract opportunity runs from the start date as soon as possible through June 9, 2026, serving a caseload that spans preschool, elementary, middle, and high school students within self-contained classrooms. The role involves approximately 37.5 hours per week, fostering communication skills development for a variety of learners.

Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to special education and speech pathology services. Qualifications: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders from a regionally accredited institution. Valid Professional Educator Certification. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Licensure through the Alabama Board of Speech Pathology and Audiology (ABSESPA). Minimum of five years successful teaching experience in special education or related services.
