Variable days/afternoons 8-hour shifts (possible 7on/7off, 10-hour day/afternoon shifts may be considered)

13 weeks+

Community hospital environment
Key Responsibilities Verify medication orders with accuracy and efficiency
Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians
Provide pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and hospital policies
Requirements Active Idaho pharmacist license (or willingness to obtain promptly)
Prior inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Positive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
