Soliant isseeking a dedicated and compassionate
RSP (Resource Specialist Program) Teacher
to join our middle school team. The ideal candidate will support students with mild to moderate learning disabilities, providing specialized instruction through both push-in and pull-out services, as well as co-teaching in general education classrooms. You will be responsible for a manageable caseload of no more than 25 students, working collaboratively with a full-time classroom aide and general education staff.

Implement and monitor IEPs, ensuring goals and accommodations are met
Collaborate with general education teachers to co-teach and support inclusive practices
Deliver push-in and pull-out services tailored to individual student needs
Conduct assessments and progress monitoring in accordance with IEP timelines
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and student records
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and support personnel
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
Qualifications: Valid California Education Specialist Credential Mild/Moderate Support Needs (or equivalent)
Experience working with middle school students preferred
Strong knowledge of special education law, IEP development, and instructional strategies
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to implement co-teaching models and differentiate instruction effectively
