Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records in compliance with district and state guidelines Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success planning Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology State licensure or eligibility to practice in Ohio Experience working with K-12 populations preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff Ability to manage caseloads efficiently within a school environment Commitment to supporting diverse student needs and learning abilities Location: Waverly, Ohio This position offers the opportunity to provide impactful speech-language services within a supportive educational environment focused on student growth and communication success.
