Responsibilities include: Assisting speech-language pathologists with therapy sessions tailored to early childhood students Implementing individualized intervention plans within the school environment Collaborating with educators, families, and healthcare providers to promote consistent communication support Monitoring and documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of therapy services Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field is required Prior experience as an SLPA in a school setting is highly preferred Experience working in healthcare settings as an SLPA will be considered an asset Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with young children, families, and multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of early childhood development and communication disorders Benefits of this contract position include health benefits and 401(k) planning options, supporting long-term financial and personal well-being.
