Minneapolis, MN Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapy. Provide direct therapeutic services in accordance with IEPs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students overall development. Monitor and document students progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Utilize effective teletherapy practices as needed. Qualifications: Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a focus on pediatric populations. Experience in teletherapy is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a school setting and adapt to various environments. Knowledge of current best practices in speech and language therapy.
