About the Team As a member of our diverse and skilled North America Presales team, you will communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's applications to prospects and customers. The team brings the value of Workday solutions to life and showcases how the world of work can be transformed. You will work closely with our sales counterparts and intersect with Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, exposing you to multiple areas of the business.
About the Role What will you do?
As an Enterprise Architect you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our AI-enabled solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospective buyers, understand their business challenges, and demonstrate how Workday AI solutions deliver value.
Responsibilities Include:
Translating technical concepts: You'll communicate how Workday's AI-powered solution delivers value-driven business results.
Crafting compelling narratives: You'll develop and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that showcase Workday's technology.
Solution Architecture: Develop and present comprehensive solutions for demonstrations that incorporate AI (Agents, Generative, LLM, etc), integration methodologies, reporting and analytics.
Leading Voice: Stay informed about AI and technology advancements, and contribute as a subject matter expert to initiatives such as webinars.
About You Do you enjoy talking about AI applications, and engaging in conversation to better understand others and solve technical business challenges?
We are looking for someone specializing in Artificial Intelligence with success in leading value-centric technical discussions with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business partners to communicate AI vision, strategy and the importance of Responsible AI.
Basic Qualifications
P3 Enterprise Architect AI: 2+ years experience applying AI as a business solution with concepts such as Agents, LLMs, machine learning and natural language processing.
P3 Enterprise Architect AI: 3+ years professional experience in an Information Technology-related field.
P3 Enterprise Architect AI: 1+ years experience delivering compelling presentations in person and online meetings.
P4 Enterprise Architect AI: 4+ years experience applying AI as a business solution with concepts such as Agents, LLMs, machine learning and natural language processing.
P4 Enterprise Architect AI: 5+ years professional experience in an Information Technology-related field.
P4 Enterprise Architect AI: 3+ years experience delivering compelling presentations in person and online meetings.
Other Qualifications
Solid understanding of cloud architecture, data security, reporting, and integration standards.
Understanding of AI Ops / CloudOps.
Knowledge of Workday application and technical architecture is helpful.
Strong value selling skills to understand customer needs, communicate value propositions, and build positive relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Proven objection handling skills to address customer concerns effectively and persuasively to improve satisfaction and drive sales conversion.
Strong product demonstration skills to showcase product features and benefits through engaging presentations and interactive demonstrations.
Solid understanding of PBS Industry business is helpful.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Pay ranges vary based on work location. This role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual stock grants.
