Arlluk Technology Solutions, LLC , a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Software Architect with a Secret Clearance to support

ATS

and Department of State the Office of Foreign Missions Information System (TOMIS) in Washington, DC. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. This role supports the Office of Foreign Missions Information System (TOMIS) with software application development, system administration, and help desk support. Responsibilities

At least 8-10 years of experience interpreting complex requirements; and designing, developing, and implementing applications systems and components using Microsoft Development Tools (.NET, MVC) Experience in the architectural design of software development Managed and led enterprise-wide software development efforts Demonstrated experience and abilities creating, modifying, maintaining, testing, and implementing complex software applications Possess a strong understanding of Object-oriented design (OOD) Has strong experience developing applications using the Agile methodology Flexible, highly motivated, self-starter who is able to handle multiple projects Good oral and written communication skills Requirements

Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or related experience Formal training in .NET programming practices is preferred Secret Clearance required Equal Opportunity
