Overview
Product Manager, Developer Experience, Enterprise AI Platform — Capital One At Capital One, we are building the next generation of enterprise AI platforms that empower teams to develop, deploy, and scale machine learning and AI systems responsibly and efficiently for maximum impact. We are seeking a customer-centric Product Manager to own the strategy for the end-to-end Developer Experience for model serving, including SDKs, CLIs, UIs, and documentation. This role collaborates with engineering, research, and business teams to translate customer and internal stakeholder needs into actionable product outcomes across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI technology, empathetic to developer needs, and comfortable communicating with stakeholders ranging from technical customers to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Develop and communicate the product vision for the holistic developer experience for production AI/ML workloads on the Enterprise AI Platform.
Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes.
Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design.
Maintain a healthy backlog and participate in agile ceremonies.
Serve as the connection between customers, Capital One's mission, and your team.
Role-specific capabilities
Customer-facing: gain deep understanding of customer experience, identify gaps, generate ideas, and align products to Capital One's mission.
Business-focused: use hypothesis-driven assessment of data to ensure features deliver real business value; help prioritize roadmaps and manage risk; build buy-in for the product vision; evangelize the product.
Human-centered: translate business needs into features and user stories, drive MVP testing, and collaborate with tech teams on acceptance criteria.
Technology-driven: work autonomously in an agile environment, conduct research, and develop features using new technologies; collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts.
Transformational teamwork: build relationships across tech teams and stakeholders; articulate a concise product roadmap and share results.

Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management.
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the degree will be obtained by the start date:
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related)
Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building developer-facing products (APIs, SDKs, CLIs, technical documentation) or platform products with a strong focus on user experience.

The salary ranges listed by location are provided for candidates hired to perform work in those locations. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. This role may be eligible for performance-based incentives and long-term incentives as part of Capital One’s compensation program.
