We handle high-stakes commercial litigation involving complex business disputes, often spanning multiple parties, jurisdictions, and legal frameworks. Our team represents companies, executives, and institutions in matters requiring strategic thinking, technical precision, and courtroom advocacy. Responsibilities
Support and develop cases in high-stakes commercial litigation Collaborate with partners on complex matters across multiple jurisdictions Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials; assist in trial preparation Engage in strategic counseling for clients and stakeholders Practice Areas Include
Breach of contract and business disputes Shareholder and partnership disputes Tortious interference and other business torts Directors’ and officers’ liability Restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation Franchise and dealership disputes Construction litigation and lien enforcement Insurance coverage disputes involving commercial policies Fraud, misrepresentation, and NJ Consumer Fraud Act claims Injunctive and equitable relief (TROs, preliminary and permanent injunctions) Qualifications
J.D. and licensed to practice in New Jersey Minimum 2 years of experience in complex commercial or business litigation Experience in any of the above practice areas is preferred Employment details
