Serve as expert consultant to align, buy-in, and coordinate diverse stakeholders to drive successful initiatives and projects within clinical settings across multiple technical areas or complex workstreams. Develop and implement complex clinical initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state; lead the development of clinical or care delivery strategy and ensure organizational alignment and prioritization of clinical initiatives by defining goals and priorities with sponsors and evaluating performance metrics. Manage complex, highly visible projects or project components; lead change management activities; collaborate with analysts and team members on data analyses to drive care delivery or clinical initiatives; participate in vendor management as required; monitor compliance with policies and procedures. Promote learning and collaboration by communicating information, providing advice, soliciting performance feedback, mentoring and coaching team members, and fostering open dialogue among the team. Translate business strategy into actionable requirements; develop procedures and policies; gain cross-functional support; solve highly complex issues; set standards and measures; plan work streams with resource coordination and contingency planning; remove obstacles to performance. Develop requirements for complex clinical, process, or system solutions across technical areas; leverage stakeholder partnerships; guide the development of case studies to assess costs, benefits, and ROI; create action plans and lead teams through the development process. Maintain understanding of current processes and map to future state; identify operational impacts; provide options and recommendations to leadership on integrating solutions; identify value gaps and opportunities for improvements. Lead development of clinical or care delivery strategy; set goals, prioritize deliverables, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure cohesive metrics and alignment with strategic objectives. Support continuous learning and professional development; stay abreast of industry practices; present at roadshows and conferences; champion continuous improvement as a people strategy and coach stakeholders to build capabilities. Coordinate with clinical leadership and stakeholders to manage complex projects; assemble teams; manage project plans, schedules, resources, and risks; escalate issues and guide project teams and external consultants as needed. Lead large-scale change management efforts for care delivery or clinical initiatives; obtain stakeholder buy-in and align improvements with strategic objectives; determine appropriate change management methods and promote a culture of change. Lead, partner with analysts, and consult team members in performing complex data analyses to drive care delivery or clinical initiatives; design analytic plans, gather data, conduct analyses, assess risks, and incorporate findings into action plans. Participate in vendor management as required, reviewing performance, SLAs, invoices, and coordinating with Procurement, Legal, and clinical leadership as appropriate. Monitor compliance of work activities by ensuring alignment with KP, departmental, and/or clinical policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications

Minimum four (4) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports. Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing, Health Care, Public Administration, Public Health, Statistics, Science or a directly related field and minimum ten (10) years progressive experience in consulting, data analytics, or project management in clinical operations or a health care environment OR Master\'s degree in Nursing, Health Care, Public Administration, Public Health or a directly related field and minimum eight (8) years progressive experience in consulting, data analytics, or project management in clinical operations or a health care environment, or a directly related field OR Minimum thirteen (13) years progressive experience in consulting, data analytics, or project management in clinical operations or a health care environment, or a directly related field.
