Job Description The Position is Hybrid between in person and remote. Must live within 2 hours. What You’ll Do
Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok) Design simple graphics, reels, and stories that align with our brand style Update and maintain content calendars for both businesses Draft and send monthly email newsletters Support event promotions (flyers, signage, online ads, community outreach) Conduct basic market research on trends, competitors, and local opportunities Monitor social engagement and respond to comments/messages Assist with website updates and blog posts What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and communication skills Creative eye for visuals, copy, and storytelling Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, Facebook Business Suite, Mailchimp (or similar tools) Basic understanding of digital marketing trends Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently Bonus: Photography, videography, or graphic design skills What We Offer
Flexible part-time role (10–15 hours per week to start, potential to grow) Mix of remote work and on-site time at ranch/events Opportunity to grow with two expanding businesses Creative freedom within an established brand style Competitive hourly pay ($17–20/hour based on experience) Company Description
We are a Custom Home Builder located in Wisconsin Dells. We build homes from 1,200sqft to 7,000sqft. We help our clients go from design to move in day.
