We offer care for a broad range of psychiatric and addiction disorders and provide care to adults, and to patients as young as age five. The

HR Director

is an integral part of the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. The position leads the delivery of workforce strategies and drives the effective implementation of key HR programs, policies, and practices. The HR Director partners with other business leaders to drive recruitment, employee relations, coaching, performance management, employee engagement, and all other functional HR areas. The ideal candidate will bring sound management experience and solid HR practices across all HR functions. The HR Director position requires: Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required. Experience : A minimum of five years’ experience in human resources, three years’ HR management experience, and two years’ healthcare experience preferred. The role requires the ability to operate both tactically and strategically. Certification : Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
