to remotely join their San Francisco, CA office. Responsibilities
Manage the global financial accounting team and ensure accurate accounting operations Develop, document, implement, and maintain internal controls over the Finance Function Establish and ensure adherence to all accounting policies as established by the corporation Understand the environment and the unique accounting controls and policies required Continuously learn and deploy technological tools to improve efficiency Lead the team, fostering collaboration and teamwork within the finance department Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Enforce internal control compliance within Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Reporting processes Requirements
5+ years of financial control experience Experience with public companies or IPO readiness Background in consumer products/retail industry Experience in public or private accounting Ability to establish financial controls CPA strongly preferred Proficiency in NetSuite required Job ID #66818 Additional Information
