Overview

Sorcero is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to shape the future of data ingestion, enrichment, and serving capabilities that power our AI platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product management within the healthcare and/or life sciences industries, with demonstrated expertise in unstructured data and building data platforms, pipelines, and services that power AI and analytics solutions. Develop and execute the product roadmap for Sorcero's data ingestion, processing, and serving platform. Data Platform Strategy:

Design scalable data pipelines for diverse data types from customers and open sources. Data Platform Strategy:

Champion data quality initiatives across the platform. Data Product Development:

Own the end-to-end data platform components from conception to launch. Data Product Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science/ML, marketing, and customer success. Data Product Development:

Build a deep understanding of customer data sources, formats, and integration requirements. Data Product Development:

Define and analyze KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement. Data Customer Experience:

Serve as the voice of internal and external data customers. Data Customer Experience:

Customer Success: Customers are delighted with our data capabilities and engagement. Key indicator: Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Desired Outcomes and Measures:

Company Growth: Sorcero achieves revenue targets. Key indicator: annual recurring revenue (ARR), measured on a next-twelve-months (NTM) basis. Desired Outcomes and Measures:

Internal Alignment: Internal stakeholders understand data capabilities, use cases, and platform direction. Key indicator: response to surveys.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on data products or platforms Strong understanding of data architectures, ETL processes, data pipelines, and data quality principles Experience with data ingestion tools, APIs, and integration approaches for diverse data sources Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) Experience working with structured and unstructured data High degree of comfort with product management tools (Jira, Confluence) Excellent communication and teamwork skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Technical fluency that enables collaboration with engineering teams on technical solutions Experience building data products that support AI/ML applications High degree of intellectual curiosity

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with life sciences or healthcare data Familiarity with medical content, scientific literature, or clinical data formats Background in AI/ML product management Previous experience with data mesh, data catalogs, or metadata management tools Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements in healthcare/life sciences Experience designing user interfaces for data management or monitoring
