About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to design, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing strategies that drive traffic, revenue, and profitability. This role is perfect for someone coming from the agency world who has managed multiple accounts and is now eager to make an impact on the brand side.
Youll own a multi-million-dollar budget, manage paid campaigns across search, social, and affiliate channels, and ensure attribution and reporting are best-in-class. With a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, youll directly shape how we acquire, engage, and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: Develop a full-funnel performance marketing strategy across Paid Search (SEA), Paid Social, Affiliates, and other digital channels.
- Execution: Launch, test, and optimize campaigns across platforms from bids, targeting, and creatives to keywords, landing pages, and ad formats.
- Tracking & Analytics: Implement tracking best practices, attribution models, and dashboards to monitor performance.
- Budget Management: Own and optimize a seven-figure performance marketing budget, ensuring profitability across channels.
- Reporting & Communication: Present results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders (Co-Founders, GMs, Tech teams) in a clear and persuasive way.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies competitive.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 36 years of performance marketing experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple accounts at a marketing agency and now seeking to transition to the brand side.
- Track record of longer tenures in prior roles (at least 11.5 years per role).
- Expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Proficiency with tracking and attribution tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present results to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
