A full-time Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is needed to provide specialized services within a K-12 school setting in Groveport, OH. This contract position is designed to cover a leave of absence and will begin as soon as possible, continuing through December.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students unique needs
Collaborate with educational staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student progress
Utilize skills applicable to school-based OT, teletherapy, home health, and healthcare environments as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
Licensure and credentials in Occupational Therapy (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Experience in school-based settings, ideally covering K-12 populations
Familiarity with teletherapy and home health therapy is highly valued
Strong communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration and documentation
