Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students with varying communication needs Conduct speech and language assessments 1-2 days per week to determine student eligibility and create individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement effective interventions and track student progress Manage caseloads at two school sites, supporting students at each elementary school as guided by scheduled therapy days Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal educational guidelines Desired Qualifications: Current Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Experience working with elementary school-aged children in a school setting preferred Ability to manage and prioritize a high caseload efficiently Strong assessment and communication skills Flexibility to work across two locations and adjust schedules as needed Location: Fremont, CA Benefits and Perks: Full-time opportunity with 37.5 hours per week, plus flexible part-time arrangements available Immediate start with uninterrupted engagement until the end of the school year Valuable experience supporting students with diverse speech and language needs within an educational environment Interested candidates are encouraged to apply promptly as interviews are being scheduled immediately.
