Full-time | Ongoing Assignment Were looking for a licensed Pharmacist to join a hospital-based outpatient pharmacy in the Los Angeles area. This is a great role if you want to: Transition into or continue building your career in a clinic-based setting Gain hands-on experience within a respected public health or academic medical center Get your foot in the door for future growth within a health system pharmacy What youll be doing: Review and verify outpatient prescriptions for accuracy and safety Counsel patients on medications, including chronic disease therapies Oversee pharmacy technicians and help maintain smooth dispensing workflows Collaborate closely with providers, nurses, and care teams to support patient medication management Process prescriptions using hospital pharmacy systems and ensure regulatory compliance Provide empathetic, respectful care to a diverse patient population What were looking for: Active California Pharmacist license in good standing 1+ year of outpatient or ambulatory care pharmacy experience preferred (new grads with strong hospital rotations encouraged to apply) Experience with EPIC or similar EMR/pharmacy systems is a plus Strong communication skills and good clinical judgment Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Why consider this opportunity?
