Soliant is seeking a
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
for a contract, school-based position in
Rochester, NY
for the 20252026 school year. This role primarily supports elementary-aged students, with some high school students in the district.
Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply. Job Details: Contract: September 2025 June 2026
Caseload: 2530 students
Ages: Primarily elementary, with some high school students
Needs: Disabilities and speech only
District SLP Team: 5 total (3 assigned to primary, 2 to MS/HS)
Schedule aligned with the academic calendar
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
Deliver direct speech and language therapy tailored to each students needs
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure proper accommodations
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
Actively participate in IEP meetings and goal setting
Provide guidance and resources to parents and caregivers
Qualifications: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid New York State SLP license or eligibility to obtain
Experience with school-aged children preferred
Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
Familiarity with IEP processes and educational laws
CFs accepted
