Travel Pharmacist
to support an inpatient hospital pharmacy in Bakersfield, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with strong inpatient experience to join a collaborative care team on a travel assignment. Responsibilities: Perform order verification and clinical review
Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
Consult with physicians and nurses regarding medication therapy
Manage pharmacokinetics and dosing adjustments
Utilize Cerner and Omnicell systems for daily operations
Requirements: Active California Pharmacist license
Proven inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell systems preferred
