to support a school district in

, Illinois
for the
20252026 school year . The district is hiring for both elementary and junior high buildings and is looking for professionals with a strong background in Illinois special education compliance, MTSS, and evaluation processes. Position Overview: Location:
Paris, IL
Schedule:
Full-Time (35 hours/week)
Start Date:
Possibly August 18, 2025 (TBD)
End Date:
Possibly June 4, 2026 (TBD)
Openings:
1 position: Junior High (Grades 78)
2 positions: Elementary (Grades K4)
Pay Range:
$50$65/hr, based on experience Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, reevaluations, and eligibility assessments
Collaborate with staff on MTSS implementation and progress monitoring
Schedule and facilitate domain meetings, EDCs, and annual reviews efficiently
Serve as an integral member of the special education team and IEP meetings
Ensure compliance with
IDEA
and
Illinois state regulations
Support manifestation determination processes Preferred Tools & Skills:
Proficiency with Embrace (IEP, 504, DS, and MTSS platforms)
Familiarity with QGlobal, FastBridge, and Google Docs
Strong organizational skills and experience in streamlining meeting logistics Qualifications:
Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology
Valid
Illinois PEL
with School Psychologist endorsement
Experience in Illinois public schools preferred
Solid knowledge of special education law and compliance Interview Process:
1015 minute screening with a Soliant recruiter
2030 minute virtual interview with district staff
