Do you want to create eye-catching designs for a younger, trend-setting audience? Our beauty client is looking for a talented and imaginative Sr. Graphic Designer to join their team. They are a fun, fast-paced beauty brand with a mission to bring high-quality, cruelty-free cosmetics to everyone. They need your creative vision to help them transform our high-level marketing concepts into innovative packaging, dynamic displays, and compelling marketing collateral.This is a direct hire role with a competitive salary of $85,000 plus a discretionary bonus of 10-12.5%. This is a hybrid position requiring you to be onsite at the office 3 days a week.Responsibilities:Take ownership of a wide range of design projects, from concept to production, including POP displays, product packaging, and marketing materials .Design compelling, on-brand graphics for our store merchandising displays and promotional items.Concept annual beauty campaigns, including mood boards, casting calls, and studio locations.Lead and mentor junior designers on the team.Collaborate with the Art Director and other teams to bring our brand to life.Stay on top of industry trends to ensure our designs are fresh and effective.Create mock samples and 2D renderings of package concepts.
