Lead quality & compliance programs across multiple regulated facilities Ensure FDA, GMP, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements are met Oversee investigations, CAPAs, audits, and vendor compliance Manage and develop a team of Quality Managers Partner with leadership to build a proactive, quality-first culture What Were Looking For
10+ years in Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Device quality environments Deep expertise with FDA regulations, GMP/GCP, and ISO 9001:2015 Strong leadership and communication skills with executive presence Bachelors degree in science/engineering required (advanced degree or certifications a plus) Why Join
