Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services aligned with Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals Assess and document students functional abilities and therapeutic needs Develop tailored treatment plans targeting fine motor, sensory, and functional skill enhancement Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings offering recommendations for accommodations and supports Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Qualifications: Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy California Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills Ability to adapt therapy services to varied student needs across multiple sites Position Details: Pay Range: $45+/hour Location: Mission Viejo, CA Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Assignment Duration: Through December, with possible extension This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student outcomes in an educational environment.
