An opportunity for a full-time School Psychologist in an elementary school setting is available in Seattle, WA. This contract role runs from August 18 through December, with a work schedule of 7.5 hours per day, designed to support students' psychological and educational development throughout the school year.

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop and implement intervention plans Provide counseling and crisis support to students when needed Assist in developing positive behavioral strategies to enhance student learning and social-emotional growth Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and needs Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies and regulations Qualifications: Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working in an elementary school environment preferred Strong knowledge of assessment tools and psychological testing procedures Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse populations Commitment to student-centered practices and ethical standards Location: Seattle, WA Elementary School This full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the educational and emotional well-being of elementary students.
