This school-based role involves working directly with students to enhance their communication skills, supporting their academic and personal success. Position Details:
Schedule : Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week. Caseload : K-12 students (specific details will be discussed during the interview). Location : Onsite in Westland, MI. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs. Provide direct therapy to students according to their IEPs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support each student's progress. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings. Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Michigan state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP. School-based experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Soliant Benefits:
