Special Education Teacher
to support a CDCmiddle schoolcaseload for the current school year. The ideal candidate will provide individualized instruction, develop and implement IEPs, and collaborate with staff and families to ensure student success. Responsibilities: Manage and support a middle schoolcaseload of students with diverse learning needs. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to provide inclusive learning opportunities. Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student goals. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines. Provide ongoing communication and support to students and families. Qualifications: Valid teaching Tennessee license in Special Education (required). Experience working with elementary students preferred. Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
