Key Responsibilities:
As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant Health, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome communication challenges and empower them to thrive in their academic journey. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans.
Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to create a supportive learning environment.
Monitoring and documenting progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
