A school district in Minnesota is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide services for students in grades K-12. Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders among students K-12 Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Monitor and document student progress in speech and language development regularly Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise toward student success Provide consultative services to teachers and support staff regarding speech and language strategies Qualifications: Valid and active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in accordance with state requirements Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Experience working with K-12 student populations in an educational setting preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively manage a caseload and coordinate with school teams Additionally, there is a separate opportunity for an Onsite Special Education Coordinator for the 2025/2026 school year, located in St. Paul, MN. This role involves managing an elementary caseload from Kindergarten through 6th grade and overseeing special education coordination efforts. Location: Primary SLP position: Lakeville, Minnesota Special Education Coordinator: St. Paul, Minnesota Interested candidates who meet these qualifications and are committed to supporting student achievement through specialized services are encouraged to apply.
