Schedule:
Monday Friday, daytime hours
Facility Snapshot: 120-bed community hospital
Average daily census: ~60 patients
Cerner pharmacy IT systems
Core Responsibilities: Direct and oversee all
inpatient pharmacy operations
Serve as
Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)
and ensure full regulatory compliance
Provide
hands-on leadership
to pharmacy staff and promote team engagement
Collaborate with executive leadership and clinical teams to optimize service delivery
Navigate compliance requirements in a
highly regulated environment
with confidence and precision
Qualifications: Active California Pharmacist license
(unrestricted)
Proven hospital pharmacy leadership experience must have held DOP or PIC roles
Strong regulatory knowledge and experience managing audits, inspections, and compliance programs
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
