Key Responsibilities: Conduct hearing screenings and comprehensive audiological evaluations for students. Develop and implement individualized hearing care plans in collaboration with educators and healthcare providers. Provide recommendations for assistive listening devices and hearing aids, including fitting, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student learning and communication needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and regulatory standards. Educate staff, students, and families on hearing health and strategies to support students with hearing impairments. Desired Qualifications: Valid certification and licensure as an Audiologist. Experience working with children in K-12 educational settings preferred. Strong knowledge of pediatric audiology and educational audiology practices. Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, educators, and healthcare professionals. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
