In this role, you will be the driving force behind our next generation of capabilities for design-focused construction workflows. We are looking for you to move beyond traditional methods and pioneer new, AI-driven processes that redefine the intersection of 2D plans, 3D models, and project management. You will own the product vision from concept to launch, creating innovative solutions that improve efficiency, increase accuracy, and accelerate project delivery for our customers. Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and gather feedback to deeply understand the pain points and opportunities of industry professionals. Define and own the vision and strategy for our AI-powered construction workflows, ensuring alignment with our goals and market needs. Work closely with engineers and designers to prioritize the roadmap, define product requirements, and drive execution to fulfill the product strategy. Drive the discovery, development, and launch of new features that leverage AI to solve complex challenges and change how construction is managed. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product usage data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Construction, Marketing, Business). 3+ years as a Product Manager in the software industry, preferably with experience developing solutions for the Construction industry. Strong working knowledge of modern AI technologies, including large language models, fine-tuning, embeddings, vector databases, and agentic frameworks. Deep customer empathy and a data-informed approach to decision-making, with a passion for solving real problems through rapid experimentation. A relentless curiosity and growth mindset, with a drive to learn new technologies to stay at the forefront of what's possible. Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity, bringing structure, clarity, and energy to fast-paced environments. Experience working directly in construction or related industries is a plus. About Your Location
This is a hybrid role based out of our Westminster, CO, or Lake Oswego, OR office. Under a flexible work arrangement, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for the time worked in the office based on the position and the business need.
